Friday!

Finally it's friday! And the first week on my new job has come to an end. God I'm so exhaused all the new impressions and people. I feel like I wanna sleep the entire weekend. I work as a transportleader and it’s kind off complicated when you don’t know a thing about lorrys. But I’m eager to learn so I hope that wont be an issue =)
The best thing so for on the new job is that we have 3 dogs in the office, one is a pitbull. Totally cute!! When I have some sparetime I love to pet them.

Football

I've been to my very first football game today. Wow that shit was sooo fun! And I'm not even a football fan but watching football live was a totaly different story. Our team won which is HIF and Henke Larsson is the star! He's played in Celtic and Barcelona and is now back with his original team.

Cleaning

I've been cleaning the basement the entire day! There were a million spiders down there so I got a bit crazy! Lucky me there's vacuum cleaners!
It's almost done just a few hours tomorrow, perfect thing to do when it's raining.

Summer

I love the summer! We are lucky to have all the seasons here in Sweden but when the fall and winter is dark and rainy you can't wait until the sun is shining. I had 2 weeks vacation and bought a Atv. Me and K went to a perfect island (Öland) and explored it on the Atv. A lot of fun!!

The rocks closer to the water is filled with fossils! It's amazing how that's preserved.

I'm back

Going Skiing

I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow morning! I'm going skiing in the north of Sweden. It's going to be sooo nice to leave home for a whole week and do something else. Me and my boyfriend is travelling with my parents and my brother so it will be a bit crowded in the car, we will drive for 10 hours, puhh...

Off curse I will show you pics from my Holiday when I'm home again or if I can find a Internet Cafe.

My dream dress!

Finally, my LBD is here! 100% silk and a lot of volume! I bought it on H & M, the dress went out of stock immediately so I thought that the race was done. But a few weeks later the dress turned up on the site again and I didn''t hesitate for one second!

Mornings...

Why is it so hard to wake up in the morning? I haven't even heard the alarm go of tree days in a row. So I've been at least 1 hour late every single morning. I've tried everything, placing the alarm clock across the room so I have to get out of bed to turn it off, ending up falling asleep again. I've hidden the alarm under the bed and I'm using 3 different alarms that starts 5 minutes apart... Nothing helps!

I will gladely try every tip you have!

So Happy

Ohh, I’m so happy! I found these fancy 3D paintings for my walk-in-closet today when I wasn’t even looking for it! They just stared at me in the shop and I felt a sudden must have!!
So they will fit perfectly in my closet when I’ve decided where to put them.

The thing with my closet is that I can’t decide were to place the mirrors and paintings. I should show you how it looks right now so you could help me come up with ideas, I’ll probably do that tomorrow…

Clothes

Clothes is fun to wear but not so very fun to wash and iron. That's what I'm going to do right now. So boring, I rather clean the entire house, and the house is a disaster!
Oh well when I'm done I don't have to do it for a while so I guess that's positive.

A quite day

I can’t speak, my throat is killing me!! Not fun at all!
It feels a bit weird to be quiet all the time!
My colleagues talk to me but I can’t answer!! I’m going crazy…
Luckily for me, the only way to communicate is to blog, so that suite me perfectly today!

Sew U

I’ve ordered Sew U Built by Wendy. It seems to be a book that gives basic sewing skills. A veteran as well as a newbie like myself should be able to find something useful in this book. So I hope to receive Sew U sooon!!
I want to get started. I’ve never used a sewing machine in my life. In school I used to take the garments home to mom so she could put them together piece by piece and then I told my teacher that I’ve made it!

So now I have to prove myself that I earned my grade in sewing!!

New start!

Start from scratch, new calendar, new promises…
I won’t have any promises this year, I never follow through and end up getting disappointed.

New Years Eve was fun, we decided in the last minute that we wouldn’t have a pyjamas party, instead we dressed up in fancy dresses. And had fun all night long!!

New Years Eve Theme

We’ve decided what theme we’re going to have on New Years Eve. It will be a pyjamas party. That will probably never happen more than ones so why not do it??!!

It’s going to be a laugh, hopefully!!

It was my darling friend Emma’s idea. The airline had lost her suitcases from USA and all her clothes were missing and she didn’t want to spend all of her money on a expensive New Years Eve dress. So she came up with the brilliant idea of a Pyjamas Party!!

I just wish that we’ve come up with this idea a bit sooner, then I would’ve had time and a reason to shop a new pyjama set! Victoria Secret has got some fancy nightclothes that I really, really want!!! They’ve also got amazing pom-pom booties that I could use without doubt, on my chillingly cold floor!

Scrap-booking

Yesterday was scrap-booking time!!
My best friend E who’s been in Californian for the past year and a half came home on Christmas Eve and she gave me a lot of scrap stuff! So funny!!
Things that we don’t have here in Sweden, so now it’s time to pick up were I left off when I ran out of ideas and inspiration a couple of months ago.
So E and me were scraping and P was doing her hobby, which are different beading projects. She made a funky bead necklace with a matching bracelet.

Finally...

...Christmas Eve wihiiiii ;) I wonder what the Santa brings to me!! Hopefully it will be something fun and a lot of soft presents!

I'm longing for mum’s Christmas dinner! There’s a lot of good stuff, meatballs, herring, small frying sausages, salmon… yummy!!

Christmas Tree

Today we’ve been out shopping decoration for the Christmas tree. We decided that we would go with blue balls on the tree this year, we bought 3 sizes of the them. It seemed like a good idea in the shop, but the end result wasn’t as good as we had hoped. However the picture doesn’t do our Christmas tree justice because you can’t see the light, must be the flash that prevents it to show!

Now I can feel a little bit of the Christmas spirit, drinking hot wine punch with gingerbread biscuits! Still it’s a disappointment that we wont get a white Christmas and not even a cold one!
